(the “Company”), including its founder and sole director Pawandeep Singh Padda, are offered exclusively for general informational and educational purposes.

Nothing provided by the Company constitutes, or should be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional regulated advice. The Company does not make any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, or asset.

The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner. No information provided by the Company should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified licensed professional. 2. High Risk Warning — Trading Financial Instruments

Trading financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. The Company requires all participants to understand and acknowledge the following risks:

• Total Loss of Capital: You may lose all of your invested capital and, in some cases, more than your initial deposit. You should only engage in trading with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
• Leverage Risk: Many trading instruments involve leverage, which can amplify both gains and losses. A small adverse market movement can result in losses that significantly exceed your initial investment.

By participating in any program, course, coaching session, or live trading session offered by the Company, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes.
• The Company does not control, supervise, or approve your individual trading activity.
• You will not hold the Company, its director, employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for any losses, damages, or financial harm resulting from your trading activity.
• Any trading strategies, methodologies, or techniques discussed in the Company’s programs are shared for educational illustration only and are not instructions or recommendations to trade in any specific manner.
• Market conditions change continuously. Strategies demonstrated by the Company may not perform the same way under different market conditions or in your individual trading environment.
• Your individual results will vary based on your personal effort, discipline, experience, risk management practices, account size, market conditions, and numerous other factors unique to you.

4. No Guarantee of Profit or Specific Outcomes

The Company makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty—express or implied—that you will achieve any specific financial outcome, level of profit, trading success, or other result through participation in any of its programs or use of its content and materials.

The Company provides education and knowledge to the best of its ability. Your actual results depend entirely on your own decisions, actions, consistency, and circumstances.

5. The Company Is Not a Broker-Dealer, Investment Firm, or Regulated Financial Entity

S.O.T. School of Trading Inc. operates exclusively as an educational institution. The Company does not:

• Manage, hold, or control any client or student funds or accounts.
• Execute trades on behalf of any client or student.

6. Third-Party Platforms, Tools, and Services

The Company may reference, demonstrate, or provide informational links to third-party platforms, software, data providers, brokers, or tools (including, without limitation, Rithmic, Bookmap, TradingView, NinjaTrader, or similar platforms). The Company does not endorse, warrant, or assume any responsibility for any third-party platform, product, or service. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and complying with the terms, conditions, fees, and risks associated with any third-party service you choose to use. • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or participation in any service, program, or content provided by the Company.
• Any trading activity or financial decision you undertake.

This Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
