Every member will be treated with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, personal attacks, hate speech, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Treat every individual with the same level of respect you expect to receive.
Honor Your Mentors
Respect for instructors, mentors, moderators, and guest speakers is mandatory. Disruptive behavior, arguing in bad faith, undermining instruction, or showing disrespect toward those dedicating their time to teach others is unacceptable. Humility is a requirement for growth.
Respect Your Fellow Members
Every member deserves the opportunity to learn. Listen before speaking. Allow others to ask questions. Encourage progress rather than criticism. Constructive discussion is welcomed. Hostility is not.
Commitment Is Expected
This is a professional learning environment—not casual entertainment. Members are expected to:
- Arrive on time.
- Attend scheduled classes consistently.
- Complete assigned coursework.
- Practice outside of class.
- Participate with intention.
Repeated absences, chronic lateness, or lack of participation may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Excellence Through Discipline
Success in trading comes through consistency. Members are expected to approach their education with discipline, patience, and accountability. Excuses do not produce results. Actions do.
Loyalty to the Community

Integrity
Operate honestly at all times. Do not plagiarize. Do not misrepresent your results. Do not intentionally spread misinformation. Trust is earned through consistent honesty.
Professional Conduct
Maintain a professional attitude in all interactions. Profanity directed at others, inappropriate content, offensive language, or disruptive behavior has no place within this community. Conduct yourself as though you are already the professional trader you aspire to become.
Every Voice Matters
Questions are encouraged. Ideas are welcomed. Disagreements may be expressed respectfully. No member should ever feel intimidated for seeking knowledge. Respectful dialogue strengthens everyone.
Zero-Tolerance Violations
The following may result in immediate removal without warning:
- Harassment
- Threats or intimidation
- Hate speech
- Discrimination
- Sexual misconduct
- Fraud or deception
- Sharing confidential member information
- Repeated disrespect toward staff or members
- Deliberately disrupting classes
- Any conduct that damages the integrity of the community
Membership may be revoked at the sole discretion of School of Trading.
Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of fellow members. Private discussions, student information, proprietary educational material, and mentorship conversations are to remain confidential unless explicit permission has been granted.

Whether inside or outside School of Trading, members are ambassadors of this institution. Carry yourself with humility. Lead by example. Protect your reputation and the reputation of those around you. Character is remembered long after profits are forgotten.

Less than figuring it out alone takes. There's no required schedule — come in when you have a question, get the answer, and go back to trading. Most members spend a couple of focused hours a week inside.
A course is a recording. This is a room. You get proven playbooks, a mentor who has traded through it, and peers who pressure-test your next move.
